2) Services and Functions of This Website
This website is an online shop for the sale of goods.
Goods refer to physical items.
Here, goods are presented that can be added to an electronic shopping cart and then ordered and paid for in a binding manner.
This website includes a header and footer menu.
In the header menu, the goods we sell are listed by category and can be accessed individually.
Each product is described on its own detail page with further information about its essential characteristics, the scope of delivery, and the total price. From there, it can be added to the electronic shopping cart.
You can also access the electronic shopping cart via the header menu once you have added at least one product. From the shopping cart, the electronic ordering process can be initiated and completed.
The footer menu provides links to our legal notice with our contact information, as well as information about the legal foundations of our online offering, shipping and payment options, and links to other helpful service pages.
3) Explanation of the Use of Services and Functions
3.1 Virtual Buttons
This website can be operated using virtual buttons.
3.2 Home, Overview, and Detail Pages
On the home page, you will find a selection of products in the central page area. By interacting with a product presentation, you will be taken to the product detail page.
In the header menu, you can navigate between different product categories.
After selecting a category, you will be taken to an overview page displaying all products within that category.
By interacting with a product presentation on the overview page, you will again be taken to the product detail page.
The product detail pages contain all essential information about the product and the total price, as well as—if available—a quantity selector and an “Add to Cart” button.
If available, the quantity selector can be used to set the desired order quantity.
3.3 Electronic Shopping Cart
By clicking the “Add to Cart” button, you add the product (in the selected quantity, if applicable) to the electronic shopping cart.
This shopping cart can be accessed at any time via the header menu.
Here you can first review the added products. Using the corresponding buttons, products can be removed or, if applicable, their quantities adjusted.
3.4 Electronic Ordering Process
After reviewing your cart, you can complete the electronic ordering process by interacting with the corresponding buttons.
You will first be asked to enter your contact details (at least name, email address, and delivery/billing address) via an input form.
Next, you can select from the available delivery or service options.
Finally, you can select one of the available payment methods, enter the required payment details, and complete your order.
The binding submission of the order occurs only when you activate the button provided for this purpose on the final order page. It is labeled “Buy”, “Buy Now”, “Place Binding Order”, or another clear formulation.
Before clicking this order button, you can always navigate back to previous steps using your browser’s “Back” button and/or cancel the ordering process at any time.
If you choose an online payment method, you will be redirected from the final order page to the payment provider’s system to complete the payment.
